The back of the holster is lined with genuine veg tanned sheepskin. The soft sheepskin wool keeps the holster cool in summer and warm in the winter. Wool naturally wicks away moisture and is very comfortable against your skin. Comes with belt/waist band clip. Just tuck the holster into your waistband and you are ready to go. The back of the holster has a full comfort shield lined with genuine sheepskin which covers the top of the pistol slide so it does not dig into you for additional comfort that is not found in many other holsters.
