Not all leather is the same. Do not be fooled by less expensive chrome tanned leather holsters. Chrome tanned leather is far less expensive to produce than veg tanned leather. Veg tanned leather uses tree bark to tan the leather and is non toxic and does not leave an acidic residue in the leather. Chrome tanned leather leaves a chrome salt residue in the leather and combined with moisture can have a negative impact on the firearms finish. We only use Veg Tanned leather.

They had to custom make a holster to fit my handgun with a red-dot. The end product is better than I could have expected. The holster is beautiful and fits my gun like a glove and has the protection for the red-dot built-in. Just a great piece of work. But I shouldn’t be surprised, I have a couple of other holster and quality is never in question.
